Detailed Description:

• Karen became a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner in 2020. She holds a Master's degree in Professional Counselling, a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws, and a Bachelor of Laws.

• She currently works as a Counsellor in a medical clinic, where her approach is grounded in somatic practices. Karen also integrates Focusing, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experience (DARe) into her work to support clients in healing and growing through life's overwhelming experiences.

• Karen is committed to creating a safe and compassionate space where clients can reconnect with their inner resilience and restore a sense of wholeness.
