Carris is a practicing social worker, Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner and Safe and Sound Protocol® Practitioner, mainly working with families and individuals who experienced childhood trauma and abuse, and emotionally and mentally challenged. With over 17 years of experience in family service and mental hospital, I am good at holding a safe space for clients to process their trauma or difficult emotions and provide support and guidance during the healing process. In recent years, I have received extensive training on healing trauma, treating attachment wounds, rebuilding trust and connectedness, and cultivating spirituality. These trainings include:
